The Living Area

There is a large open plan living area, with comfortable seating around an open fire, TV/DVD, and CD player. On the same level is a dining table with seating for 10, and a kitchen with cooker, microwave, dish washer and fridge-freezer.

There is also a cloakroom with a toilet/wash basin and plenty of cupboard space for outdoor gear.

Bedrooms

Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms on two levels.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with en-suite bathroom. It has a balcony with a view over the valley and Mont Blanc, and has enough space for a cot.

Bedroom

Bedroom 2 is across the landing, with bunk beds and balcony. The bunk beds are ideal for children, but are also big enough for tall adults.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with a view of the valley and Mont Blanc.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have twin beds.

There is a further bathroom with shower, WC and basin, and additional storage space on the landing.

From the living area are stairs down to the basement where there is the games room with a further TV/DVD and seating area, as well as table football and darts.

There is also a boiler room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a boot & ski storage area.

Outside

Outside there is a good sized garden with spectacular views of the valley and Mont Blanc with outdoor furniture, badminton and barbecue for the summer, as well as a gentle slope which is great fun for sledging in the winter.
